Place is clean, server is nice but he needs more experience. Not a bad place for it being not 100% Mexican food but they did try to accommodate my requests with what they could without any complaints. I absolutely love the cook, he was very nice and understanding, come to find out he's the only cook. I will come back again even if they don't make certain foods I'm accustomed to due to lack of demand of certain items.
Very attentive and helpful waitress. Many places overcook the chicken but every dish I have tried, the chicken is very moist and tender. The food came within minutes. The booths are dated but that's the only negative here.
It's been awhile since a review of this place has been posted so I figured I would try it out. Not sure what may have happened in last year but I found this place pretty good. The staff was friendly even though I was by myself. The salsa was really good with the chips it felt like it was made fresh. I ordered the number 8 off the lunch menu which was two tacos and an enchilada I also had rice beans added to the meal. The food came out quickly and was very delicious the rice and beans was a little salty which is why I only gave 4 stars. Other then that this place was tasty my chicken tacos were flavorful and the enchilada was very tasty. Altogether I was very pleased with my visit here and I will return.
This business is out of business. I'd recommend El Vaquero Mexican restaurant off Veterans Ave. Same good food, but it tends to be packed after 4:30 PM. Another excellent choice is Bodega 1205 in downtown Columbus. Another choice would be Guadalajara Mexican restaurant on Flat Rock road at the highway 80 and 22 intersection.
